Lucy on Good Morning Australia with Bert Newton

Lucy Holmes is Australias ultimate Kylie Minogue Tribute ArtistLucy was recently seen performing (not as Kylie though!) on GMA, singing backing vocals for ex-Chocolate Starfish frontman, Adam Thompson. The show closed with the band performing, and once finished, Bert turned to the camera, thanked the band and Adam, and thanked "Kylie Minogue" for turning up! The camera then zoomed in on a very surprised Lucy who laughed as Bert told 'Kylie' that he was a taken man, and to tell Dannii too! Click pic to see Lucy laughing after Bert has embarrased her on national TV!

100% Kylie meets Warwick Capper

Another celebrity to turn up at the Perth shows was the infamous Warwick Capper. Warwick had been at a celebrity auction that evening and had actually auctioned off a photo of himself and Kylie Minogue when they appeared in Neighbours together, that very same night. So it was quite fitting that he came along to the show, which he enjoyed dancing the night away too. Warwick said “Wow, you really do look like Kylie!” click pic to enlarge

100% Kylie featured on A Current Affair (NOV 2003)

Australia’s leading news program, A Current Affair, hosted by Ray Martin, recently did a story on the success of 100% Kylie. After spending a day filming with the TV crew and host Martin King, the story was a great success. After filming at various locations, the crew and Lucy headed down to Camberwell, Kylie’s birthplace and hometown where her parents still live. With the TV crew filming Lucy every step of the way, word soon spread around that Kylie was back home and on Burke Rd, Camberwell. Suddenly people were swarming the streets and lining up for autographs, photos and of course, a kiss from Ms. Minogue. Lucy was even handed mobile phones to talk to people’s loved ones. After it got a bit too much, Lucy and the TV crew were bundled back into their cars and drove off. On an interesting note, Kylie’s brother Brendan works as a cameraman for Channel nine, and the crew said they wished they’d brought him along for the day! You can watch parts of the story on the videos page
