LUCY
HOLMES (Kylie)
After studying a degree in Music Theatre (Singing, Dancing
and Acting) at the Conservatorium of Music in Central
Queensland, Lucy moved into the pop music genre, and
has performed around Melbourne constantly over the last
few years as a singer, backing vocalist, recording artist,
voice-over artist and TV Host. Lucy recently spent the
last year as a TV host on the Channel 9 late night game
show, "The Mint", where she hosted 3-4 hours
of live TV numerous times a week, becoming a great new
Channel 9 face. In 2005, Lucy was on Channel 9’s
hit TV show ‘Starstruck’ performing as Kylie,
making it all the way through the series to the Grand
Final. Lucy performs regularly on Channel 9’s
Carols By Candlelight, filmed live in front of 33,000
people and beamed to millions of TV viewers all around
the world, as part of the Melbourne Gospel Choir. Lucy
has also performed on the popular TV shows; Singing
Bee, Dancing With The Stars, It Takes Two, Good Friday
Appeal, The Footy Show, Postcards, A Current Affair,
Mornings with Kerri-Anne and Good Morning Australia.
Lucy has also sung with artists such as Delta Goodrem,
Rogue Traders star Natalie Bassingthwaite, Westlife,
UK pop star James Morrison, Marina Prior, Guy Sebastian,
Rob Mills, David Campbell, Silvie Paladino and Jon Stevens.
Lucy has also had the pleasure of working with various
members of Kylie’s team over the years, including
some of Kylie’s musicians, musical directors,
backing vocalists, choreographers, makeup artists, hairdressers
and dancers. Lucy harbours a secret dream of appearing
on Neighbours as Charlene’s long lost daughter,
and her favourite Kylie song is a toss up between ‘Speakerphone’
and ‘The One’.

BAILEY
(Musical Director, Keyboard,
Saxophone, Guitar, Vocals)
Derek has had extensive experience as performer, session
musician and recording artist. Having recently toured
and recorded with Grammy Nominated Artist Paul Colman,
his career highlights include backing artists such as
Nana Mouskouri, Reba McEntire, Marina Prior, Vanessa Amorosi,
Colleen Hewitt and Jay La'gaia, performing at the Myer
Music Bowl Carols By Candelight (2000-2004), TV Week Logie
Awards, Rod Laver Arena, Channel 7 Good Friday Appeal
and Hey Hey It's Saturday. Derek has over 10 years experience
as a Studio Engineer, and his own debut CD Raining
Sunshine has received national acclaim and radio
play throughout Australia and Canada. Dereks favourite
Kylie song is Step Back In Time. |
